Judy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career working with institutional clients such as pension funds, mutual fund companies, and hedge funds. Over time, she chose to follow her passion of helping families directly by focusing her practice on financial planning and private client wealth management.

With extensive experience in the financial world and two industry certifications (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®), Judy has advised individuals and families with a wide range of needs and expectations. Judy employs a comprehensive, big picture approach when working with clients. She recognizes wealth management is one very important aspect of a person’s life, but believes that it needs to be addressed holistically, in concert with everything else.

Judy places particular emphasis on helping clients develop wealth strategies with the goal of achieving financial independence. Her focus on financial planning and education makes her a great advisor for people transitioning into retirement or experiencing any situation in which they become responsible for their own wealth. Judy utilizes similar skills when helping high-net-worth clients move successfully through divorce and enter the next phase of their lives.

Many of Judy's clients rely on her financial planning skills to map out long-term income and wealth-building strategies to ensure they have adequate resources to last their lifetime. For some clients, that time period may be as long as a half century, so it is important to do it right!

While she draws on her wealth of experience at top-tier wirehouses and institutional financial firms, Judy relishes the independence she has at Plaza Advisory Group. Working at Plaza allows her the flexibility to work very closely with a smaller universe of clients so she can develop individualized strategies and provide them with the kind of in-depth attention they need and deserve. She also enjoys the quick pace of her 24/7 career and the variety she has every day.

Judy is a strong supporter and former Board President of Kids in the Middle, an organization that helps children and parents thrive during and after divorce. She is also a Board Member of The Foundation for Barnes Jewish Hospital and currently serves on the Finance Committee.

When not working or volunteering, Judy can most likely be found on the golf course perfecting her game, and even though she may not be the best golfer, she always enjoys her time and can’t get enough. She also enjoys reading and is always open to suggestions from clients and friends.
